Services

Therapy is not about being fixed.
It is about learning to see clearly, take ownership, and move forward with intention.

The work we do together is focused, relational, and grounded in helping you understand what is happening within your life — not just manage what you feel.

Individual Counseling — I work with individuals who…

  • Feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of direction

  • Struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or constant mental noise

  • Experience depression, lack of motivation, or disconnection

  • Want to better understand themselves rather than just manage symptoms

  • Recognize patterns in their life but aren’t sure how to change them

  • Are ready to take ownership and move forward with intention

Couples Counseling — I work with couples who…

  • Feel stuck in repeating arguments or patterns

  • Struggle with communication, understanding, or emotional distance

  • Want to rebuild trust or strengthen their relationship

  • Feel like they are “missing each other” despite trying

  • Are willing to look honestly at their role in the relationship

  • Want to build something more intentional moving forward

Group Counseling — I work with individuals who…

  • Want to grow alongside others rather than in isolation

  • Feel alone in their experiences and want perspective

  • Struggle with relational patterns that show up in real-time

  • Are open to giving and receiving honest feedback

  • Want to build awareness through shared experience

  • Are willing to participate, not just observe

Sessions are available in person or via secure telehealth video, depending on what best fits your needs.

Individual Therapy

This work is focused on you — your internal world, your patterns, and how you are relating to your life.

We will work to build awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can understand where you may be out of alignment and begin making intentional changes.

The goal is not dependence on therapy, but clarity, ownership, and the ability to move forward with confidence.

Couples Therapy

Relationships reveal what we often cannot see on our own.

Couples work focuses on how you and your partner communicate, respond, and relate to one another — especially in moments of tension.

Rather than assigning blame, we work to understand patterns, increase awareness, and build a more honest and intentional way of relating.

The goal is not just resolution, but a stronger, more grounded relationship moving forward.

Group Therapy

Group counseling creates a space where you are not working in isolation.

In a group setting, you are able to see your experiences reflected in others while also gaining perspective outside of your own.

This work encourages honesty, accountability, and connection in a shared environment.

The goal is to help you develop awareness and relational skills that extend beyond the therapy space.

If you are looking for someone to fix you, this may not be the right fit.

If you are willing to look honestly at your life, take ownership, and engage in the process of change, I will walk with you.

The work is yours.
You don’t have to do it alone.
