Consulting is for people who are functioning, but stuck in patterns they want to change.

You’re not looking for symptom relief or clinical support.
You’re looking for clarity, direction, and a more intentional way of responding.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is a good fit if:

  • You feel stuck in repeated patterns, even though you’re trying to change
     

  • You want a more direct, structured process
     

  • You’re open to being challenged—not just supported
     

  • You’re functioning day-to-day, but know something isn’t shifting

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR (important)

  • This is not a good fit if:

  • You’re looking for mental health treatment
     

  • You need diagnosis, clinical support, or crisis care
     

  • You’re dealing with symptoms that interfere with daily functioning
     

  • If that’s the case, counseling is the appropriate service.

HOW THE WORK LOOKS

This is focused, active work.

We use a structured process:
 

  • Recognize what’s actually happening (thought, emotion, sensation)

  • Acknowledge how you’re relating to it

  • Choose a more intentional response

 

The goal is not to eliminate discomfort.

It’s to change how you respond to it.

WHAT CHANGES OVER TIME

Clients typically notice:

  • less reactivity

  • more consistent decision-making

  • a stronger sense of direction

  • 55-minute sessions

  • Virtual or In-Person

  • Direct, structured conversation

  • Intentional Application - Experienced based learning

Consulting sessions: $150 per session
(Self-pay only. Not covered by insurance.)

No diagnosis or clinical services are provided.
If clinical needs arise, referral to counseling will be recommended.
